A BILL To be entitled an Act to amend Title 50 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to state government, so as to prohibit the state or its agencies from purchasing goods from certain foreign countries or related entities; to provide for a list of such goods; to provide for penalties; to provide for definitions; to repeal provisions related to contracting with China; to provide for powers of the Georgia Technology Authority; to provide for related matters; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
