Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 23, renaming the State Commission for Human Rights the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights; relating to removal of commissioners of the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights; relating to reports from the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights; relating to the definition of 'employer' for the purposes of the Alaska State Commission for Civil Rights; and relating to local civil rights commissions.

Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 381, relating to the taxation of certain natural gas project property and related facilities; relating to local contributions for public school funding; relating to municipal property taxes; relating to the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation; relating to reporting requirements for natural gas pipeline projects; relating to approval of contracts by the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and inflation adjustment of the maximum price of natural gas; relating to an alternative volumetric tax on natural gas throughput; relating to agreements and a payment related to a natural gas project; and relating to municipal impact grants.

Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 173, relating to occupational therapist licensure; relating to occupational therapy assistant licensure; and relating to an occupational therapist licensure compact.

Proposing an amendment to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to a public education fund.

Recognizing the sovereign decisions of the communities of Kipnuk and Kwigillingok to relocate in the wake of the devastation caused by Typhoon Halong; affirming the right of Alaska Native communities to self-determination; and urging full state and federal support for relocation of those communities.

An Act relating to optional municipal property tax exemptions for real property owned and occupied by volunteer certified or licensed providers of fire fighting, emergency medical, mobile intensive care paramedic services, or hazardous materials response services; relating to optional municipal property tax exemptions for certain long-term rental units, certain mobile home parks, real property rented to low-income families, real property owned and occupied as a permanent place of abode, and real property owned by first-time homebuyers; and relating to municipal tax refunds.

An Act relating to financing by the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority for workforce housing development projects; relating to a mandatory exemption from municipal property taxes for certain assets of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; and providing for an effective date by repealing the effective date of sec. 2, ch. 64, SLA 2018.
