An Act relating to the Board of Regents of the University of Alaska; and providing for an effective date.

Honoring the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and celebrating the 250th birthday of the United States of America.

Supporting and recognizing the importance of a natural gas pipeline project in the state; and urging the federal government to take all necessary actions to expedite the state natural gas pipeline project.

Encouraging the United States Congress to establish hiring goals for apprentices and veteran apprentices.

An Act relating to the rural health transformation program; relating to the interstate medical licensure compact; relating to the PA licensure compact; relating to the psychology interjurisdictional compact; relating to the practice of respiratory care; relating to the duties of the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development; relating to telehealth provided by respiratory care practitioners; relating to a social work licensure compact; relating to the practice of social work; relating to medical malpractice liability of respiratory care practitioners; relating to immunity from civil liability for a respiratory care practitioner providing free health care services; relating to national criminal history record checks; relating to respiratory care practitioners providing documentation and treatment plans for public school students with asthma or anaphylaxis; relating to the recognition of EMS personnel licensure interstate compact; prohibiting unfair discrimination under group health insurance against respiratory care practitioners; establishing the Rural Health Transformation Program Advisory Council; and providing for an effective date.

Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 29, relating to an executive administrator for the Big Game Commercial Services Board.

An Act relating to the taxation of certain natural gas project property and related facilities; relating to local contributions for public school funding; relating to municipal property taxes; relating to the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation and funds of the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation; relating to reporting requirements for natural gas pipeline projects; creating the Alaska affordable heating fuel fund; relating to approval of contracts by the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and inflation adjustment of the maximum price of natural gas; establishing an income tax on certain entities producing or transporting oil or gas in the state; relating to an alternative volumetric tax on natural gas throughput; relating to a municipal impact grant program and fund; relating to agreements and a payment related to a natural gas project; and providing for an effective date.

Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning Senate Bill No. 86, relating to the business of money transmission; relating to licenses for money transmission, licensure requirements, and registration through a nationwide multistate licensing system; relating to the use of virtual currency for money transmission; relating to authorized delegates of a licensee; relating to acquisition of control of a license; relating to record retention and reporting requirements; authorizing the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to cooperate with other states in the regulation of money transmission; relating to permissible investments; relating to violations and enforcement of money transmission laws; relating to exemptions to money transmission licensure requirements; relating to payroll processing services; relating to currency exchange licenses; and amending Rules 79 and 82, Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure.
