An Act relating to civics education, civics assessments, and secondary school graduation requirements; and providing for an effective date.

Recognizing and commemorating the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States of America; encouraging participation in commemorative events; and encouraging educational institutions to enhance civics education.

An Act establishing the Alaska-Ireland Trade Commission; and providing for an effective date.

Honoring the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and celebrating the 250th birthday of the United States of America.

An Act relating to education; relating to reimbursement of school district energy costs; relating to correspondence study program materials; relating to substitute teaching; relating to the qualifications of school board members; relating to school consolidation; relating to the required local contribution made by a city or borough school district for public school funding; relating to reemploying retired members of the teachers' retirement system at regional resource centers; establishing a teachers' student loan repayment pilot program; and providing for an effective date.

Supporting and recognizing the importance of a natural gas pipeline project in the state; and urging the federal government to take all necessary actions to expedite the state natural gas pipeline project.

An Act relating to inactive state accounts and funds; repealing the public access fund; repealing the Alaska temporary assistance program emergency account; repealing the 2001 Special Olympics World Winter Games reserve fund; and providing for an effective date.

Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, concerning House Joint Resolution No. 18, supporting the continued development of the Alaska Liquefied Natural Gas Project; recognizing the importance of the Alaska Liquefied Natural Gas Project to the economy of the state, energy independence, and national security; and urging the United States Congress, President Donald J. Trump, Secretary of the Interior Douglas Burgum, and relevant federal agencies to take all necessary actions to expedite the success of the Alaska Liquefied Natural Gas Project.
