Biography
(Son of Thomas Andrew Luken), a Representative from Ohio. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, July 18, 1951. B. A. , University of Notre Dame, 1973. J. D. , University of Cincinnati College of Law, 1976. Was admitted to the bar in 1976 and commenced practice in Cincinnati. Member, Cincinnati City Council, 1981-1984. Mayor of Cincinnati, 1985-1990. Elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Second Congress (January 3, 1991-January 3, 1993). Was not a candidate for renomination in 1992 to the One Hundred Third Congress. Is a resident of Cincinnati, Ohio.
