Vice president of a brokerage firm, 1983-1990. Unsuccessful candidate in 1982 for the Ninety-eighth Congress. Nominee in 1986 for the Idaho State senate. Elected as a Democrat to the One Hundred Second and One Hundred Third Congresses (January 3, 1991-January 3, 1995). Unsuccessful candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Fourth Congress.
