Chairman of a film production company. Deputy assistant secretary for negotiations policy, Department of Defense, 1986-1987. Elected as a Republican to the One Hundred Third Congress (January 3, 1993-January 3, 1995). Was not a candidate for reelection in 1994, but was an unsuccessful candidate for election to the United States Senate.
