A. , University of Connecticut, Storrs, Conn. , 1970. Farmer. Broker, FAI Trading Co. Chairman, Bozrah Town Committee, 1973. Member, Connecticut house of representatives, 1974-1978. President, Maria Montessori School of Norwich. Elected as a Democrat to the Ninety-seventh and to the nine succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1981-January 3, 2001). Unsuccessful candidate for reelection to the One Hundred Seventh Congress.
