This resolution authorizes representation by the Senate Legal Counsel in the case of Dr. Ralph de la Torre v. Bernard Sanders, et al. for (1) the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions; (2) committee Chair Bernie Sanders and ranking member Bill Cassidy; and (3) the Members of the committee.
