Marshall ‘Major’ Taylor Congressional Gold Medal Act
This bill awards a Congressional Gold Medal posthumously in commemoration of Marshall Walter "Major" Taylor, in recognition of his significance to the nation as an athlete, role model, and equal rights advocate.
