To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Related Agency and Food and Drug Administration, FDA Innovation Account, Cures Act for fiscal year 2024.

This bill limits FY2024 funding for the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Innovation Account, which the FDA uses to implement provisions of the 21st Century Cures Act relating to the development of medical products.
