To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program for fiscal year 2024.

This bill limits FY2024 funding for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program. (This program provides cash benefits and medical coverage to certain civilians who worked in the development and testing of nuclear weapons.)
