Providing for consideration of the bill (S. 1301) to provide for the publication by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of physical activity recommendations for Americans.

This resolution sets forth the rule for consideration of S. 1301 (Promoting Physical Activity for Americans Act). It provides for the adoption of the text of a Rules Committee print as an amendment in the nature of a substitute (substituting the provisions of S. 1301 with provisions that suspend the public debt limit).
