Providing that material obtained or generated by the office of a Member in response to a casework request from a constituent is to be treated as material in the possession of the House of Representatives, and for other purposes.

This resolution requires that material obtained or generated by a Member's office in response to a constituent casework request be treated as material in possession of the House. This is to enable the Member's successor to obtain access to the material.

The Committee on House Administration must implement regulations to carry out this requirement.
