Calling for the submission to the House of Representatives of certain information regarding the decision of the President of the United States to institute the "Ghost Gun" Rule.

This resolution requests that the President provide to the House of Representatives certain information and communications related to the decision to implement the rule issued by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives on April 26, 2022, and entitled Definition of 'Frame or Receiver' and Identification of Firearms (commonly known as the Ghost Gun Rule).
