Better Utilizing Innovative Low-emission Development Strategies Act or the BUILDS Act
This bill directs the Department of Transportation to establish a grant program to promote reductions in transportation energy use, accelerate the adoption of new and existing energy efficient technologies for transportation applications, and enhance transportation infrastructure.
