PFAS Free Military Purchasing Act

This bill prohibits the Defense Logistics Agency of the Department of Defense from procuring certain items, such as nonstick cookware or food service ware for use in galleys or dining facilities, containing perfluoroalkyl or polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
