Pledges continued support to: (1) the millions of U.S. citizens living in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and (2) the U.S. citizens who have relocated from Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands to the U.S. mainland in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
