Helping Seniors Afford Medicare Act of 2018
This bill makes a series of changes relating to Medicare enrollment, eligibility, and cost-sharing, such as by establishing an annual out-of-pocket limit for enrollees and reducing cost-sharing for certain low-income individuals.
