Elects the following officers of the House of Representatives: (1) Karen L. Haas as Clerk, (2) Paul D. Irving as Sergeant at Arms, (3) Philip George Kiko as Chief Administrative Officer, and (4) Father Patrick J. Conroy as Chaplain.
