Great Lakes Restoration Semipostal Stamp Act of 2018

This bill requires the U.S. Postal Service to issue a Great Lakes Restoration Semipostal Stamp. The proceeds from the sale of the stamp shall be transferred to the Environmental Protection Agency to fund the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative.
