Creating Enforcement Authority to Stop Enablers of Robocalls Act or the CEASE Robocalls Act
This bill allows the Federal Trade Commission to implement and enforce the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act with respect to common carriers.
