To amend the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to prohibit the United States Government from accessing and using information of United States persons collected under section 702 of such Act without a warrant.

This bill amends the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 to prohibit the U.S. government from accessing information concerning a U.S. person acquired under that Act unless pursuant to a warrant. This prohibition applies regardless of whether such information is incidentally collected.

The bill bars the use in evidence of any such information against a U.S. person in a criminal proceeding unless pursuant to such a warrant.
