Summary

United States Citizenship and Immigration Services Authorization Act

This bill amends the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to: (1) establish, by statute, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services within the Department of Homeland Security; and (2) remove references to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services.
