Summary

This bill amends the Organic Act of Guam to: (1) prohibit any law varying the compensation of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, or Senators in the Guam Legislature from taking effect until a general election of the legislature shall have intervened; and (2) modify residency requirements for the offices of Governor and Lieutenant Governor and for members of the Guam Legislature.
