Next STEP Act of 2013 - Amends the Small Business Act to provide for the permanent establishment of the three-year pilot State Trade and Export Promotion Grant Program originally established under the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010.
Requires the Associate Administrator for International Trade within the Small Business Administration (SBA) to establish and maintain a public website of information concerning the Program. Sets forth expanded reporting requirements.
