A bill to require Comptroller General of the United States reports on the major automated information system programs of the Department of Defense.

Directs the Comptroller General, annually from 2013 through 2018, to submit to Congress an assessment of the performance of the major automated information system programs of the Department of Defense (DOD). Requires a preliminary report by the end of FY2012.
