Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to expand the jurisdiction of the Committee on Small Business to include nonprofit organizations.

Amends Rule X (Organization of Committees) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to rename the House Committee on Small Business to the House Committee on Small Business and Nonprofit Organizations.

Expands the jurisdiction of such Committee to nonprofit organizations and related matters.
