Revises membership requirements for and reduces to nine the number of members on the board of directors of the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority. Makes corresponding reductions in the number of members appointed by the governor of Virginia, the mayor of the District of Columbia, the governor of Maryland, and the President.
Reduces from 10 to 5 the number of votes required to approve bond issues and the annual budget.
Makes conforming amendments to the District of Columbia Regional Airports Authority Act of 1985.
Limits members to one term.
