The instructions contained in the motion seek to require the bill to be reported back to the House with an amendment to add a new provision to the bill prohibiting the Secretary of the Interior from exchanging land in Minnesota that, as of the date of the enactment of this Act, is used for hunting, fishing, or motorized recreation, including snowmobiling in season.
