Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend temporarily the duty on bis(2,4-dihydroxy-3-methylphenyl)methane ester with 6-diazo-5,6-dihydro-5-oxo-1-naphthalnenesulfonic acid.
