Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives with respect to the importance of having a census that is complete and accurate.

Recognizes the importance of, and encourages full participation in, the census.

Urges state, local, and tribal governmental entities to promote awareness of the census and to encourage their constituents to make every effort to be counted.
