Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit Members from negotiating for a job involving lobbying activities.

Amends Rule XXVII (Disclosure by Members and Staff of Employment Negotiations) of the Rules of the House of Representatives to prohibit a Member, Delegate, or Resident Commissioner from negotiating or having arrangements concerning prospective employment for a job involving lobbying activities.
