A resolution to authorize the printing of a revised edition of the Senate Rules and Manual.

Requires the Committee on Rules and Administration to: (1) prepare a revised edition of the Senate Rules and Manual; and (2) print it as a Senate document, including 1,500 additional copies beyond the usual number.
