Urges the President to: (1) issue a proclamation calling on the American people to observe Earth Hour; and (2) actively promote awareness of Earth Hour in future years to encourage behaviors that result in the efficient use of energy.
Calls for the United States to continue to take an active participatory and supportive role in each Earth Hour.
