American Tax Fairness Act of 2008 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to repeal limitations on the exclusion from gross income of income earned by citizens or residents of the United States living abroad.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to report to Congress on U.S. taxation of foreign income.
