To amend title 18, United States Code, to increase from 1 year to 2 years the post-employment restrictions of Members and elected officers of either House of Congress.
Amends the federal criminal code to increase from one year to two years after leaving office the period during which former Members or elected officers of Congress may not engage in certain lobbying activities.
