Honors small businesses during the Small Business Administration's (SBA's) National Small Business Week (beginning on April 24, 2005).

Supports the purpose and goals of such Week.

Commends the SBA and its resource partners for: (1) their work in helping the Nation's small businesses grow and develop; and (2) being key players in the Nation's economic vitality.
