Summary

Orchard Detention Basin Flood Control Act - Provides for the release of approximately 65 acres of land known as the Orchard Detention Basin in the Sunrise Mountain Instant Study Area, Clark County, Nevada, from wilderness designation. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to grant the County a right-of-way for the construction and maintenance of the Orchard Detention Basin Project on that land.
