To suspend temporarily the duty on mixtures of N-[[(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)amino]carbonyl]-3-(ethylsul onyl)-2-pyridinesulfonamide and application adjuvants.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to: (1) strike the article discription for Heading 9902.33.60 and insert mixtures of N-[[(4,6-dimethoxypyrimidin-2-yl)amino]carbonyl]-3-(ethylsul onyl)-2-pyridinesulfonamide and application adjuvants; and (2) suspend, through December 31, 2009, the duty on such mixtures.
