Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Pymetrozine Technical 1,2,4-Triazin-3(2H)-one, 4,5-dihydro-6-methyl-4-[(3-pyridinylmethylene)amino]- (Pymetrozine Technical).
