Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on formulated product(s) containing mixtures of the active ingredient [3-(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-1,1-dimethylurea] and application adjuvants (diuron).
