Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Acetic acid, cyano[3-[(6-methoxy-2-benzothiazolyl)amino]-1H-isoindol-1-yl idene]-, pentyl ester.
