To suspend temporarily the duty on 2,7-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 4-amino-5-hydroxy-3,6-bis[[4-[[2-(sulfooxy)ethyl]sulfonyl]ph enyl]azo]-, tetrasodium salt.
Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on 2,7-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 4-amino-5-hydroxy-3,6-bis[[4-[[2-(sulfooxy)ethyl]sulfonyl]ph enyl]azo]-, tetrasodium salt.
