Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Permethrin Technical - (3-phenoxyphenyl) methyl(+/-)cis/trans-3-(2,2-dichloro vinyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate.
