Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Benzoic acid, o- and ((3-(4,6-dimethyl-2-pyrimidinyl)-ureido)sulfonyl)-, methylester (Sulfometuron methyl).
