Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on (2-Methyl[1,1'-biphenyl]-3-yl)methyl 3-(2-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoro-1-propenyl)-2,2-dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate (Bifenthrin).
