Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 2008, the duty on (RS)-1-[2-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-4-n-propyl-1,3-dioxolan-2-ylmethyl]-1H-1,2,4-triazole (Propiconazole).
