Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to reduce, through December 31, 2008, the duty on Cyano-(4-fluoro-3-phenoxyphenyl)methyl-3-(2,2-dichloroethenyl)-2,2- dimethylcyclopropanecarboxylate (Cyfluthrin (Baythroid)).
