Save America's Valuable Energy Resources Act of 2005 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to establish tax credits for: (1) qualified energy efficient improvements to existing homes; and (2) the construction of qualified new energy efficient homes.
Allows a tax deduction for energy efficient commercial building property expenditures.
